you kidding? my dad tells me i wont need to shave til im 25! does anyone know if there is a minimum uai to try out for umat? it looks like theyre desperate for doctors, and if you pass umat you get some massive annual allowance or something.

Anyone can sign up for umat... I wouldn't say 'they' are desperate for doctors, considering the amount of people who want to get in. Umat is used to help select people for interviews... they don't give you money.

I'm pretty sure that you need a minimum UAI estimate of 95.00 to be considered at UNSW when you take the UMAT and I think newcastle requires something in the low 90's but once you're over it then it ceases to be important at newcastle.
