yep
social environment would affect you definitely, plus if your school cohort may affect your moderated mark depending where you rank.

Hehe, not that bad; 14.

. Iono, I would've liked to have tried out for Conservatorium High School if I had known about it at the time. T.T Lol, I like my current friends though. Oh well.

Isn't social environment mostly your friends? =.='' It kind of does affect but I think that individual work/determination is most important. True, that top five schools are public, (although selective) but it depends, you could be a lousy student but be in one of those schools because of a fluke in Year 6.

I got in too but i couldn't be bothered moving houses or traveling more than 40mins to school everyday and 40mins back. The school I go to now is always in top 100 anyway ^^
