They might retain it for 2008, but I haven't heard anything concrete yet.

My english teacher thinks they're stuck with journeys for '09 too.

And on-topic, uni. Seems like such a waste of freedom though.

i requested the ban.. i was wasting my hrs away on here the night before exams and then had to wake at 3 am in the morning to start studying fortaht exam...
but evenw ith the ban.. i still did nothing [myspace replaced bos..] and had to wake up at 3.

it was hard to get banned. i had to post a whole paragraph full of obscenities begging to be banned. but thanks mods

LOL you did the same thing i did. Ask any awsm 06er or modlol.

Except replace myspace with youtube Replace 3am with 5am. Replace obscenities (sp?) with stream of consciousness non sequitars

Man oh man. If I had $100 for everytime someone has asked me this over the past couple of months...haha you know the rest .
Well, academically wise (I think people often forget that there are other facets to life which *gasp* aren't academic!), I'd like to go to university. The question remains whether or not I'll obtain the results to get into my desired course. Which, I'm pretty sure I won't. It also doesn't help that I don't even know what continent I'm going to be living on come November! haha
But all that aside, I have two ideal courses. On opposite ends of the spectrum. There's the Bachelor of Advanced Arts/Bachelor of Medcal Science at Sydney Uni...UAI something like 99.55 and it annually only accepts 40 students. Yeh, I know. And then there's the Bachelor of International Studies/Bachelor in Fashion an Textile Design which is something that I have a sincere and utter interest in at UTS...UAI 98.55. But...I'd be disappointing a lot of people if I even dared applied for it. I wouldn't be living up to my "potential" and besides, fashion isn't a real industry. *sigh*

2. Business Diploma @ Wollonging uni College for my first year, then B Commerce 2nd year (if I fail miserably, that is, I know it said not to take into account UAI etc, but come on, how can I not!)

haha ahh.. actually.. my liberal studies option and my bach of arts are the 85+ ones..


eh. either way i'll be happy.

i'm considering paying my way into uni if i dont get in...
and then transfering over after a year..
but..its competitive.. and i dont want to/dont think i can afford paying for the whole degree.. or waiting till i achieve well enough to transfer..

Commerce is around the 95 mark, so I'd like to think I can attain that, otherwise my back ups are quite high as well :uhhuh:
