dudes i failed physics (i usually just pass) and maths ext 1 (not surprising, yet i did better in it than i did in physics o_O) ..... I bring shame to my family like honestly im probably looking at an atar of 70 something instead of 90 something (parents expectations) they just don't understand how hard it is and they are grounding me till i do better
yeah great parenting skills (applaud) cause doing that is going to motivate me to do better! i'll be so frikken depressed :(
but when i do good in other subjects they don't care -.- always focusing on the negatives fmd :mad2:

WHAT DO I DO MY LIFE IS OVER ................................

The rest are estimates:

English exams went pretty bad as expected although for the only assessable part I got 15/15 (worth 5%) (1st place).
Legal- 66/75 (worth 15%)-88%- 1st place (multiple choice were trickier than I expected, could push up a couple of marks. Next highest mark was 52/53).
CAFS-74/80 (worth 10%)- 93%-1st place. Result was a huge shock in a good way. Goddam multiple choice losing me 4 marks! Honestly expected something in the 80's/low 70's. He said it was the hardest CAFS test he's ever set for a half-yearly.
Maths Advanced 56/68 (worth 30%)- 82%- 1st place. OMG I'VE NEVER EVEN GOT FIRST IN A SINGLE MATHS TEST SINCE YEAR 10!!!!!!! Considering Maths is my worst subject this is amazing. I made like 5 sillies at least :(

Getting Ancient (worth 20%) and Maths Extension (worth 30%) back tomorrow. Ancient I expect a low 80's-mid 90's mark for and for MX1 a pass would be sufficient. Get English Extension 1 back but I know I did poorly because I had legal on the same day and this one was non-assessable.

Update: Teacher marked a multiple choice or two wrong when they weren't expect a move from 88% to 89/90% :)

Legal 96% (this years average over two assessments is 97% =D)
Hospo 84% (but the class average was 50-60% and a few fails) and I ranked first, so happy, but could have picked up a few easy marks I lost. But let's face it, it's VET and my HSC is worth 100% of my final, this is only going to maintaining my rank.
Modern - 78% (miserable, my average is 98%, so not sure what happened there... hoping for a miscalculation hahaha)
They were the only three that counted for anything for me. These three subjects I normally go better in - especially modern.

EE1 and Adv were both band 5, but didn't study so all okay with that!

My Marks:
Music 2: 29/35 1st
Music Extension: 24/25 1st
English Adv: 40.5/50 2nd (due to stupid scaling :mad3:)
English Ext: 17/20 1st
Ancient: Edit: Phew :) 46/50 1st
History extension: 9/10 1st
Mathematics 2U: 51.5/65 6th

I take comfort in that you are supposed to peak around the time of trials and HSC. There is no hope for me in maths, but there is still time to tidy up my English marks.

Got Ancient back today- 98%- woot! Only dropped a mark :) And from the sounds of Maths Extension I exceeded my expectations :) Fittingly enough my worst exam (Extension 1 English) will be the last one given out.

Got Maths Extension back today, 78% which moves me to the top of the class slightly after doing pretty bad in the first assessment. Incredibly happy with that although I made quite a few sillies and should have cracked the 80's.

Mounds better than my Prelims though (got like 30%)
