It's like Year 9 and 10 science where you have a mixture of sciences, such as phys, chem, bio, earth and environmental, etc,

Pssh. Year 10 physics slaughtered my ego. Like really really badly.

Like how do you even comprehend backwards acceleration or something along those lines? o3o The very phrase seems like a contradiction.

Can you learn to have a photographic memory?
Or is there an operation where they can stick a camera inside your brain, because I'm willing to try it.....
Ah well, I think we bourgeoisie who have normal memories will just have to put up with our mediocrity for another year.

Is my school the only one where we aren't actually allowed to pick up ext maths and ext english or greater together? Probably because of my school being ranked relatively low

Wow! Reading this thread has just made me freeze up so bad. My stomach has curdled at the thought of HSC. How does anyone survive this year?

By the way, what exactly is rote learning and what subjects does it apply to?

Honestly if you do a consistent study time table HSC isn't that bad...

lol i ended up in my friends general class (she also dropped from mathematics) and shes like omg i love this its so easy.
I open the textbook for the first time
and go to the page the teacher told us to
and nearly

had a heart attack


and died on the table




WE ARE DOING TRIGONOMETRY AND IT'S SO EASY!
and the next exercise is teaching us






how to use a calculator to solve trig problems
