If I think about it now, I'm kinda glad my trials were after the holidays because it gave me more time to properly study for them

Nah, since everyone didn't study for it properly at my school, therefore everyone gets effected.
Its the same thing if everyone studied properly

Despite how moderation works I would still prefer seeing the higher number by a lot.

Plus it gives me a better indication of my skill (and teaches me how to prepare more) for the real HSC

Same, I pree much only get happy when i see a 95+.
But i don't fixate on marks as much as i realised rank is more important atm, AND my school exams are quite easy. Marking like ruse trial papers and getting 95+ is what i aim for

our eng faculty is gr8

So have the top dogs been getting 20/20 every assessment?

iirc Some1 told me first year uni maths is harder than 4U maths (and is purely all calculus-differentiation and integration)

Can someone support this?

I don't want to get too excited too early.

That's one thing that i wish i could do at my school, look at the top of the cohort and be like "yeh they're going to SR"
How are they essays? Coz i always wondered how SR essays are like, as in are they more verbose or insightful

Purely all calculus-differentiation is bullshit what about vectors

But I find it harder than 4U. It's mostly more content but I reckon there's a difficulty increase as well

Maybe eyeseeyou meant to say first-year Physics, rather than Maths? Because I remember he made a previous comment saying this before (about uni Physics).

Vectors? oh alright, is there much integration in first year maths? What else have you covered?
