Again, what are you people eating? your brain needs carbs and sugars to stay alive! Eating small but frequently isnt super good for you
Breakfast... depends on the day.. one of these though: weetbix, cereal, milk & biscuits, noodles/pasta (if thats what im having for lunch), and sometimes its a heavier breakfast
Recess: mostly processed foods... an up&go + muesili bar + those chip stuff nutri smth idk
Lunch: one of these... Rice with lentils/sandwich/noodles/pasta
At home: Have the same thing i had for lunch again
Dinner: Curry, rice, lentils, bread.
