2. well are you bulking or cutting?
I hear my classmates say they’re on a bulk or a cut but I’m not enough of a gym rat to apply those terms to myself (but I did calculate my body fat percentage is 18%)
My gym “routine” is using 2 7kg dumbells and doing bicep curls, triceps curls, lateral raises and random shit like squats and hamstring curls because I also run

other thing to note is that I am vegetarian so although I’m averaging 30g of fiber a day from the shit tonne of beans I eat, I’m probably not getting enough protein as I should (hence the protein shake thing because one of those shakes is half my protein goal)

okay well firstly idk if you are trolling but tricep curls aren’t an excersize 😂 secondly yes if you dont hit protein goals then take protein shakes and you need a structured workout split

okay well firstly idk if you are trolling but tricep curls aren’t an excersize 😂 secondly yes if you dont hit protein goals then take protein shakes and you need a structured workout split
bruh idk what theyre called. i do it with resistance bands and i anchor it to the door and lean slightly forward and pull the bands behind my back
