If so, what division/stream?

Looks like there are 50 or so candidates for RBB, (24 today, the same amount tomorrow).

Was a really intense day.

RBB = Retail & Business Banking

The Grad Program (Metro) incorporates more focus around the Business and Commercial Banking arms though.

The Retail & Business Banking (RBB) Relationship Banking program aims to give you a solid understanding of how the core of Westpac operates and exposes you to working closely with our consumer and business customers, in a frontline capacity.

During the 12-month program you will have the opportunity to work across both our Consumer and Business sales and service teams in either metro or regional locations.

So basically, roles are based around being the 'face of the bank' for Business/HNW's and managing their affairs.
