.3gp - no skipping! mobileee (1 Viewer)

hey,
was wondering if anyone knew any good avi to 3gp converters?
i'm used TOO3gp for a while now but often it skips in playback

mines a motorola but ive found that it skips with certain videos
but it never skips with cartoons

.3gp should be able to be played on quicktime without conversion...i think
