Firstly finance is one the more difficult commerce majors, so none of the units are easy per say. Also you should be looking at doing units that interest you, because the ones that interest you will fuel your passion and engage you, meaning it is easy to study and you are likely to put more effort in and do well.
With that said, one of my finance lecturers hinted FINC3014 Trading and Dealing is considered one of the easier finance units. But again, pick it only if you are interested. I've selected this subject because I actually want to be a broker when I graduate and am interested in trading in the equity market.
FINC3013 Mergers and Acquisitions I've heard is difficult, but compared to the other units you've listed its probably on the 'easier' end of the spectrum.
Where do your skills lie? Maths? Or written? Some of the units are extremely maths focused, like Fixed Income and so inherently these do not appeal to me, but you may be stronger at them.
One unit I'd particularly recommend is FINC3022 Alternative Investments. There is limited maths involved which is very straightforward, there is 2 guest lectures which are extremely interesting and insightful and overall I did not find it too hard. This was my favourite subject at uni so far. However, there is a major 12 page assignment that requires a lot of effort.
When it comes to finance, students in general have childish attitudes. They think are they top shit and do the major because they think its cool or earns you a lot. Do it for interest, not just the bonus rep points you think it gives you, and don't just pick whatever anyone says is the easiest because its different for everyone.
