I've heard of people writing 1200 words for a 40 min assessment :eek:
How much should I write for a 60 min task??

Quality is as equally as important as quantity. I was never a fast writer so if you're not just make sure your essay is jam packed with techniques relating to the question at all times & no unnecessary bullshit that you include just for the sake of it ... as interesting as it may be.

nick1048 - 2000 words in an hour isnt easy dude - simple maths says its - 33 words a minute...is that physically possible??

LOL definitly not. I agree with infinite q, its quality, not quantity, though you'd be looking at something ideal at about 4-5 pages, depending on how yourmany lines on your page. In the school section, theres a thread called "bos paper" click that, and an ideal examiner would see 7-8 pages of that in the hsc.

May I also add, that under stressful conditions, the average human is able to write a considerable amount more than they think they can :D :p

i have to agree with glitterfairy..for some strange reason i write more during exam conditions than in class...
