Do you reckon that that's possible, given that some people say it was overly easy while others say it was overly hard.

I reckon I got 69-71/84, and my aim for not doing it again next year is 47/50 so do you reckon I could achieve my goal??

meh it just depends on the relative hardness on the test. In 2001, you would have got there as laz got somewhere in the mid 50's raw and got 46 aligned, but this year who knows???

its obvious that this year's exam was harder than 2001. most likely low-mid 50's raw will get you band 6 for sure.

i reckon i got around 45/84 and am expecting it to be aligned to around 80 judging by previous alignments

45-52 ---> 90 in 2001 seems quite low, I have to admit.
People say something around 60-63 ---> Band E4/6, but I'm hoping that it will be ~55. That way, my estimate of 70/84 will align to about 95

50s all the way for me. Then i would be happy despite the million marks i have lost or not answered (that's a rough estimate. Check using Newton's Method)
