Medicine requires an estimated UAI of 95+ (your school provides them with an estimate based on your internal marks). However, before they even look at this, you must perform very well in the UMAT test, as mentioned ^^ and pass their interrogating interviews!!

year 11 is the basis for year 12. you wont be tested directly (besides maths) but you need to know it to be able to do year 12 work.

if you work hard and learn your stuff and understand it you should be able to get a uai of ove r98 if you get all band 6s.

i really want to do med except the uai has to be 98-99 and i dont think ill do well in the UMAT cos isnt it problem solving or math based??? i'm definatiely not good at those sorts of tests....and PLUS i didn't do any sciences in yr11!
