I did my HSC last year and got 96.9 UAI with these marks:

Standard English: 80
Maths Ext1: 92
Maths Ext2: 91
Physics: 90
Chemistry: 81

I deferred this year for various personal reasons and later decided to redo a few subjects to improve my chances of getting into medicine. I'm doing Maths Ext1 and Chemistry again and have picked up Geography... Is it possible to get 99 with these subjects and my previous marks? What marks would i need to get?

Yes it is still possible.

To be more accurate, I suggest you use SAM and test around with the marks to see what you'd need to attain the UAI you want.

well neway i had a stuff around with it and i need high90s for Maths Ext1, mid90s for Geog and low90s for Chem... omg all band 6s... betta get to work then... oh and no matter what i do my Physics mark isnt gonna count :'( noooooo i luv my physics

I'm trying to get intp Medicine at UNSW... I got into MedSci at USYD but deferred it... i think that jumped up to about 95
