Can someone please explain Equity?

The only thing I know for sure about it is that it started from the Council of Chancellors...is that right?

Equity is basically a branch of the law developed to produce fair and just outcomes from teh legal process.

Justice, Equality and Fairness are all related... not different stuff.

get a dictionary and look up both equity and equality. u'll find theres another definition for equity.
