Clamydia is basically just a cold, except for your privates.

hey pointdexter, whats the difference bewtween clamydia, gonnorea and a UTI? i dont mean the niggly slight differences, i mean in actual detection and treatment.

Cause UTi's are heaps easy to get outside of sex, and gonnorea you can get if you have unhygeinic lifestyle [right?]

Stomach cramps are way waaaay 2 general though, theres a shitload of innocous things it could be
well 1stly they are usually caused by different species of bacteria .. and its not the cold.. its more lik TB.. cos it can either be fine.. or not.. but in the long run i can mess u up..

UTI usually= E Coli.. or lik 2000 other things ... happens in women.. and older ppl.. so lik old women.. pain on pissing.. very common.. maybe just a fever too.. or just confusion..

Gonorrhea = N. Gonorrhea .. usually pus.. can be in ure dick, sore throat, or knee... so then u get arthritis

chlamydia= Chlamydia trachomatis... (not chlamydia pneumoniae that causes a lung condition).. usually no symptoms.. but it can be pus too but not arthritis.. can lead to infertility in women

ummm usually the symptoms are different.. the places that hurt are different.. and the test are too.. cos u can grow gonorrhea.. but chlamydia doesnt.. so u do DNA probing and amplification called PCR (<== was that in yr 12 chem?)
with UTI its based on urinanalysis for blood thingys..

also u do multiple blood tests for baseline and to rule out other diseases

all are treated with various antibiotics.. depending on resistance and patient's allergies/other health.. and the persons health... gonorrhea and chlamydia infections (+ others like HIV and TB) are anonymously tracked by the state govts and territories.. and they correlate well with STI tracking and HIV rates.. so they know wat prevention works..

you could get all of them at once too.. so its based on clinical reasoning and judgement..

sorri if i didnt quite answer the question.. im a lil drowsy..also there is two whole specialties that takes about 13 yrs to complete just on these topics

recommendation is head to a clinic.. that specialises in these things for testing regularly.. :)
