I have stuck on a physics question for the past few days it something like this:

A astronaut is on the moon. Given that the astronauts weight on the moon is 1/8 of her weight on Earth, find the acceleration due to gravity on the moon.

Confused with this question need help

On Earth, F = mg

On the moon, F(moon) = F/8 = mg/8
mg(moon) = mg(earth)/8
g(moon) = 9.8/8
= 1.225 ms^-2
