any suggestions on which two of these units i should do out of these?
ACCG329, ACST305, ACCG352, ACCG353, ACST300;

acst305 will need stat272...

acst300 - insurance and superannuation...depends if you are working in these fields in the future...

I'd say your choice should be narrowed down to:
1. accg329 + (accg352 or 3)

I have an impression that 352 is harder than 329, while 329 is harder than 353.

So if I have to choose now, 353+329 is my combination.

but i absolutely hated doing 235..so im wondering how id go in 353
