My = Changing nature of Markets ( yeh... the y bit is a bit dodgy but if you remember the other one then it's obvious that will be changing markets)

G = Geographic
F= Financial

S=Social
L= Legal
E= Economic
P= Political
T= Technology impacts

Alternatively if the My thing is really hard to remember

It is an agreement between Australia and New Zealand and it stands for:
