AFIN353 and AFIN352 (1 Viewer)

I fail afin 329 and have to wait next semester to enrol it . Thinking take afin 353 and 352 the same time instead of taking afin329 ? is it good idea ? This is my frist third year so can i take afin310 ? i am gonna to take afin310 , afin352 , econ232 and econ215 this year . is it reasonable ?
any suggestion please !!

yeh don't do afin329, that subject has quite a high fail rate. afin352 is a little similar but the course is structured so that you know how to prepare for it- the final exam consists of questions from the textbook chapter questions. the compulsory fin310 is a terrible subject with no guidance whatsoever. however fin310 is really easy if u study the lec notes and understand the lecture examples.

afin329 is just absolute rubbish. good luck on afin352, it uses the same textbook as afin329

Thank you guys .haiz i have just asked for grade appeal AFIN329 . the lecturer AFIN352 is really terrible . although afin329 is rubbish but i think itwould be better then afin328.
do you know any difference between afin352 and afin353?

i think im in the current situation as you.
I can agree to the fact that the lecturer was terrible for AFIN329 last semester, (assuming yours was some bald guy with glasses).
However, how can u be sure that its better then AFIN328? im currently doing AFIN328 at the moment and the lecturer on Wednesday seems to be not so bad.

Also, in terms of difference between afin352 and afin353, i heard that afin352 was more practical and afin353 is more theory based. This is what i heard from other people but im not 100% sure, as it follows the same with afin252 & afin253. But if you were to choose a subject between those two, then i recommend you choose afin352 because afin353 is taught by the same lecturer as afin329. yes the bald guy again -.-"

Personally i prefer AFIN352 which is more practical , but the thing is the lecturer accent is so terrible , i couldnt understand anything . he was the one who taught AFIN329 and another guy was Mehdi . AFIN353 lecturer is Toomas !! so confusing !!
so how about AFIN328 ? is it a kind of writing essay and theory ?

Well i dont know much about afin328 yet, because im taking it up as well this semester, and its only been one week , but ill make sure to give u a heads up once i figure it all out
