Didn't really know which section to post this in but...

Just wondering if anyone is going on the 2 week scholarship exchange in December? Or went to the one last year (how was it, what happened when you were at your host family etc).

Compulsary orientation on the 15th of November, yup? I wonder if we can bring our school uniform to wear over there.

Can't wait to get more info that they are supposedly sending out sometime this coming week.

Yeah, 15th of November. It's actually at our school as well, I go to Barker.

There was something about wearing school uniform on the info we received, it's not compulsory though.

I applied this year, buts i didnt get in Y-Y ahh there is always next year. They were very late this year, got mine about a week ago. but there were also supposed to be over 2000 applicants

It seems really tough to get a scholarship for the (has a new name now O:!) Experience Japan 2-week program this year.

Last year, we (or the people from my school and myself) didn't have to go through a (formal) interview or wait for rejection O:!

I need to wait to see if I get an interview for the JENESYS year program I applied to. I want that for my gap year dammit.

I got the interview stage for the 2011 JENESYS program. I still haven't got the time/date and where my interview is. Any advice for those who are going to have an interview? What do you exactly do on the program? xD
