Forgetting about it is best, nothing you can do, absolutely no point dwelling on it. Do something you like.

after poor exam?

I never have poor exam so this is redundant - jks.

I am always dissapointed with all my exams or most of them because I can feel that I can always do better.

I think there isn't a cure. You just gotta put up with it. When I am really frustrated, I would say "f***" every second.

But seriously, something thrilling might help you. I might just go and punch or shout "oh my fucking god" when I am home alone.

Talk about angst.

I just think about the other people that probably did worst than me. That usually makes me feel better.

Realise that you can't change anything and either: focus on the next exam or be happy that you have no more exams for the time being. :D

If I've done the best I can then I'm not too bad, usually a bad exam/ assessment motivates me to do better in that subject or put more time into studying for that subject and stuff.
