Uh, sorry if i'm being a bit annoying and sound like a retard. but Whats the actual difference between an aligned mark and the scaled mark and how would i go about estimating mine?

read the readme in JUAIseek for notes on how to "predict" you aligned marks.

aligned marks are basicly a meaning reprentation of you raw marks.

scaled marks are used to calculate your UAI and are calculated from raw marks.

Hmm, nice flowchart, but what's the "record of achievement"?

And what's the diff between the aligned and scaled HSC mark? To me, the LHS and RHS look totally different, but shouldn't teh same basic marks that go into your hsc cert go towards ur UAI?
