Hi everyone.
Just started getting trials back and i didnt really do as well as i'd hoped. And now i'm starting to stress about UNI's. I'm scared that i wont get into the course that i want and just wanted to know what other methods there are of getting into your desired course?
Any help would be appreciated.

A lot of Unis have ( I think all) the EAS scheme - for disadvantaged people. Also most unis now have a "college" or some other institution that is like a prep school.

if you go to CSU, wollongong, UNE and catholic uni some courses have the PREP scheme. basically you fill in a form and get someone to say that you may not of got the marks but you will do well at uni. ask your careeers advisor

apply for a course with a lower uai at ur desired uni say a B of Arts do really well in that course get a credit average and then transfer to any course u want within the university

e.g. say u wanna study b commerce at uws uai=86 (just numbers out of my ass)

u apply for a b of arts uai=70 u get a credit average and u should be eligible to transfer courses
