Just wondering how much maths is involved with the 2 year course?

My teacher is saying there is a lt of maths, is this true?

No they are lieing.

Barely any maths, and what there is isn't difficult.

the only maths you will have to do is stuff like finding the balance on the current account, the inflation rate, the terms of trade, unemployment rate, etc etc. basic stuff where you just have to know the rule.

Yeah i know... It's pretty terrible that my mum is paying 20k to send me to a private school and then i get conflicting messages from both the Head of Economics and my year 10 Commerce teacher...

Yeah just finished the HSC course and more than 75% of my class does general maths. Not needed at all really.

Such a pity that there's no Maths in Economics.
