I did a pretty decent cut losing 1KG a week just by adjusting my calorie intake so I was at a deficit. Did a lot of weights followed by 25-30 mins of cardio.

It's not hard honestly and you don't need any products. Protein and good PWO are optional.
nice work, diet is 85% of the battle if not more

save the money and buy actual steroids, either that or get shit that works. e.g Protein, creatine. Test boosters wont do shit until you hit maybe 25+.

it also serves as a pre-workout and ive been yawning in the gym a lot, so i still wouldn't mind trying it out tbh. $60 at vitamin king
