(iv) Those 75-79 would have been born during the Great Depression in the early 1930s.

wtf is this maths?? are they allwed to ask this lol. i said something about baby booming lol

I think for question 28, v, 2, the answer was that they stop growing rapidly after age 12..... because the graph's line was beginning to plateau at that age and it's not like they're gonna continue growing 6cm a year for the rest of their life

yeah i know!!!
i said something about WWII
but they would be at least 80 now gah!

i put that there is a bigger range for 80+ then 75-79 therefore more people

As for question 27 (a) part i wouldnt the flight take 9 hours. as 8334/913 = 9 ??

sersiously..i thought i failed that bitch of an exam but i checked what i wrote on me exam paper with what u wrote for answer (i wrote my answers on the booklet which we took home) and i calculated pretty much a rough 85....i'm feeling much calmer now :D sucks bout the last last question on the paper...it took me 15 minutes and in the end i wrote increas B by 8...argh! but i'm shocked that i got the rest of 28 right...that was a bloody hard section
anywayz, thankx for posting up your answers :)

would 27 a) iii) be 12am wednesday?

got 9 hours for plane and 5 hours for time difference : 75x4=300 =5 hours?

You're right. I'm so used to having the speed in knots, so I used nautical miles instead of km.

3.9*60 = 234ML of alco in an hour thats way over

I don't think (ii) is asking for the amount of alcohol per minute, but just the amount of "drink" per minute.

Rate = 375 mL/1.6 drinks
= 234.375 mL/1 drink
= 234.375 mL/1 hour (1 drink per hour)
= 3.90625 mL/min
