hey everyone i have a legal studies assessment due soon, it is on child labour. i need to find information regarding:
- human rights violated
- international instruments and mechanisms in place to deal with the violations
- the effectiveness of international law in protecting human rights
- ways in which it can be dealt with in the future

any info or links regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

i remember i did an assessment on this and i focused on a particular region, India and then what i did was mention their legal system and how it is structured. Also is yours a speech or an essay?
