i'm gonna be going out to buy stuff from officeworks and the like later this week (or at least some time during this holiday) bc the current folders i use (not the standard ones, it's those envelope-like ones) are just about full for most subjects. probably gonna be clearing them out and filing away content from this term so that i don't mix it in with next term's stuff.

just wanted to ask, does anybody have tips for storing & organizing notes & previous material? or any recommendations for stuff/equipment i should buy to make my life easier with it? or even just systems that you guys use to make sure your stuff is put away properly. i kinda have no clue how to do it well, since i never really store/get rid of old papers & stuff unless i'm in that specific mood where i actually feel like spending an entire day cleaning out my room.

thanks!

I'm pretty messy but I do have some advice for organisation (pretty ironic yes)
a. I bought a trolley for my study things (could be improved, but lower draw is not my fault)
b. Like a book stand thing for your subjects, more neater than piling too many books together (still do that but it's more neater now), make sure it's high enough to support things
c. get some display folders for your notes/classwork for each subject, and also get a trash folder or something for stuff from previous years so you don't mix it up with stuff from this year
d. Using a stationary box

Building from this advice
e. maybe get like a paper folder and put your books in + display folder in each of them and then in the book stand storage thing

hopefully this helps
