Just had the exam today...

i think it was quite difficult.....

I remenber Hope said he doesn't expect us to know most of the case, section and legislation. And he said he doesn't expect we study very deeply so he will ask some basic question to see whether we have such basic knowledge or what..

But then....today's exam is another story....

how do you guys feel?

Hey, I too felt the paper was hard, especially the last question on 'Trust' which it asked us not to give detailed calculation, but the question looked more practical than theoretical. And not to mention the second last question about CGT the wording of that question was terrible. Anyways, I hope they will scale everybody up for making such a hard exam

Edit: Does anyone know if we must pass the final exam to pass the course or otherwise?

Has anyone done busl301 exam? I'm just writting here because I don't want to make a new thread about it.

Anyway, the exam for 301 was fucken bitch hard, i've never failed any unit so far but I'm pretty fuckin sure I failed this 301 exam. If anyone here has done the exam today let's share the pain.
