It's actually not that bad.

The typing sound coming from your keypad blocks out the typing sounds coming from other keypads.

They only people suffer around me are the others with special provisions (extra time, nosebleeds etc)...they get rather quite pissed.

i wish i could use a computer
but do you get to do it in another room
because the sound of the keyboard would be really annoying and distracting to other people in the room
yeah u get special supervision
I havent had it before so ill let u know after my trials

so far ive typed up two inclass essays
i did it in the library on a special account with nothing on it. I had to do it in notepad
no spell check, no formatting, no flash drives, no writing etc

Man I didn't realise that applications closed in April...Grrr I had been planning on doing that some time soon. I type way faster than I write, and my writing under exam conditions is absolutely shocking. Are you suuuuuuuuuuure that they close it completely?

yes unless really significant circumstances
ill give an extreme example...u become disabled or someone dies or something...THEN you will be entitled for special provisions
other than that its closed.

having no spell check leaves you to do a lot of mistakes
you have to continually look at what your typing

You have to type using notepad

it sucks you cant use word
Thanks for the image joe, I'm sure noone would have known what notepad was otherwise.

The dux of our school gets a computer (not because she's dux) for English only because there's something wrong with her hand which means she can't write for extended periods of time. She might get it too for Eco, but I won't know....Apparently there has been all these trips to the physio and they can't sort out her hand so she has to type her English out---grrr...........

Come on, you know.

Instead of writing out responses in the HSC exam, typing them.
I got offered but I said no, for reasons I won't go into for fear of boring you. my writing is getting better now....I'm trying to write everything.
