Anyone ordered their lab coats online and not yet received them? (1 Viewer)

I ordered my stuff on the 17th of FEB and I havent received my items yet, why is it taking so long when it says 5-7 working days?

Anyone else in the same boat?

I have contacted the sydney uni store through email and the loop shop and none of them have responded.

Not happy at all.

i contacted them a few days ago, they said they have a huge backorder on all stock and theyll be sent out this week. they've talked to the uni and said that we dont need our stuff this week because we don't have labs but we should all have received them by the time we start. from what i understand, lab classes usually have spars lying around for people who've forgotten them or haven't received them yet so it shouldn't be a huge problem.
