It is 255 grams

It has 20 gig HD to record TV, Music, Movies, pictures etc...

Imagine this. rather than having a bulky VCR to record video. Plug one of these into your TV and record away in divx format. Therefore, 20 gigs can store around 20hours.

Then you can watch your recording whereever you want!

No need for VCR anymore

Interesting. I did not know you could record like that. Changes my perspective on the device slightly.

Still, I think that in terms of a multimedia device, a tablet or PDA is better (MP3, movies, et cetera).

A tablet PC would be able to do all this abiet a little less user friendly, however, it would be alot more expensive.

A pda has limited space and is also less user friendly

this is specifily designed to play/record movies, mp3 and view images. well worth the $US 700, it could replace VCR, DVD player/recorder (if combined with a pc)

Hmm. That's true. I'd get one if I ever watched TV.
