im not talking about it - but if i did, i guess id probably use one of the john bell theatre company ones. i wouldn't use the brook one myself, i think it's emphais on different issues is far too skewed to constitute an aristotelian reading. but thats just me.

All this year i've used the used the richard eyre version with ian holm, and ive got marks totalling 34/35 so far.

Porblem is, everyone on this board says eyre is a family interpretation, so i dont know what to do with it now...

Hey Nessie,
My class studied the Aristotilian tragedy this year as well as Eyre and we used the Jonathan Miller 1982 production, all the characters were dressed in traditional Elizabethan costuming and it really highlighted the Aristotilian reading.
