Yeah we had to "highlight what line David made a mistake"

pretty stupid, i mean, once again that's just testing if me can memorise a standard method!

I did the same test with minai, and i got 50 out of 66.
Component B was a real pain in the arse!

There was a time displacement graph which we didnt actually learn in maths, but was taught in physics. I kicked myself after the exam coz i knew how to do it, but i didnt want to apply phyics into maths (i was told you couldnt do that)

Even a physics solution is better than no solution. =)

Time-displacement graphs are a part of the course though.

Graphs of the motion of particle over time.

Time is on the x-axis, displacement is on the y-axis.

You really should have come across them in Ext 1 already.

U right Minai;
You know how Rox is; even though she didnt write the test.

I do not recall learning that the area under the curve is the distance travelled - in maths

Ohh... I remember that question... there was one like that in last year's CSSA trial. :p

We didn't learn it in maths either, but you need to know it, heh.

The teachers don't always cover everything, make sure you check up on them. ;)

But this is 2U Mathematics!

Although, I think I HAVE vaguely heard something about it. Is it in 'Applications of calculus to the physical world'?

I think we did it in Ext 1 before we did it in 2u. Or something. I forget.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's part of that topic.
