Yup. Although that was going over :p
Don't offer a shot, you risk the gun. Although Strauss has been very unlucky...3 times this series to suss decisions.

but man, 419 (or 413) runs in 2.5 sessions, damn dude. They can only hope to play for a draw now you'd think.

Lol. Gilchrist was humble today. "Viv Richards is the most destructive bastman ever". Gilchrist is better :)

Saddened.

Australia should hav ebatted on till an hour after lunch today, and absolutely buried the poms. now the poms still have a chance.

FUckers.
an hour AFTER lunch? that means they would have a much greater chance at a draw. all we need is three wickets in a session today and we're going very well.

Bell did his job sets up nicely for peitersen and flintoff to do a Gilchrist later on.

But bah, looks Gilchrist is just waiting for the SCG test - with small ground ..

England could be going for the win tomorrow O_O

All they need is 3 an over with 7 wickets left in hand.

Make that 5 wickets in hand, thanks pidge :p

Game is slightly favouring Australia at the moment. The target is 290 and both batsmen are aggressive: Flintoff is not an all day batsman and Pietersen has only just been slipping into that role. I'd say if England lose another wicket tomorrow then it's draw or end game.

That being said, i reckon England actually could've won it if Pietersen came in at 4. Gonna be another good contest tomorrow.

That'd also be good. He gets his 700th wicket in his home ground, and in front of you :p

i am actually impressed with the way england handled the situation today, until the last session, now it almost seems that an aussie victory is inevitable, unless the flintoff pieterson partnership can last for a while.

If Pieterson and Flintoff can bat for the ENTIRE day, a draw or even a victory is possible. But if one goes, i think England would have just lost the Ashes.

its hard to see england winning. :(

i'd have prefered england winning one or two, rather than some 5-0 whitewashhh.

Pietersen and Flintoff can do good. they've got woodworms. BEST bats in the world i reckon. :p
