ayes... i had my assesment block recently.. and i did pretty dissapointing in biology and business

hmm but does the rank count in terms of assesment marks, or is it the actualy mark you get ?

i got
4u maths- 95%
3u maths- 97%
2u maths- 92%
Biology- 54%
business- 75%
english- 70%

Rank is determined by your assessment marks, which then contributes to what moderated assessment mark you would get from the Board of Studies when they release your HSC results.

Only got one result back so far...came like 5th in General Maths out of around 55 people...hopefully Maths won't count in my HSC, I hate it so much

Dont freak out mate, the actual MARK doesnt really matter.

It just matters where you are RANKED

Okay, i got 15/20 for an english speech weighting 20% and i got 15/20 for a Legal Studies assignment worth 20%. My question is, is it still possible to get over 90 in those subjects, and how does this affect my UAI?

Your first few assessment marks don't mean we can conclude that you will get over 90 for that subject. Try your best

I will repeat again, ranks matter not marks. If your rank is high then good you are off on a good start, if not then try harder

Physics - 26.5/30 >> 13/15

Maths 2U - 50/56 >> 9/10

Business - 18/20 >> 9/10 (Which is BS, should be 20/20)

im not happy with that considering my goals

20/20 SOR2U (1/18)
31/34 General Maths (2/45)
17/20 English Advanced (2/20)

very happy with my results so far and goodluk 2 every1 else wit theirs.

Assessment Block 1 usually only counts for around 10%, the most 15%, for each subject . I think those results are pretty good to start with, so I won't be too worried.
