Describe the Role of the Various Stakeholders In the Employment Relations Process and Critically Analyse the Impact That Recent Developments In Some of the Key Influences on Employment Relations Have Had On These Stakeholders.

The leading edge book has some great information on the roles of stakeholders and the Longman textbook has really good information about key influences
