okay .. so we were given this assesment which is an inclass task in week 2 term 2...
we were given an article about narrabeen butchery published in the sydney morning herald on 29th october 2004. i couldnt attach a link to it as it turns out SMH dont keep archives for more that 28 days.. if anyone can find it. do post it here.. it is called

"Takeaways cut the fat in red meat"


Okay so now we are required to " Creatively Develop the product and promotion components of the marketing mix which take into account the current position in the business life cycle and could be the core of the final marketing plan"

what do you guys interpret that as?!?!?!

btw from reading the article i say the position in the business life cycle would be maturity.

okay, now im lost as to how to develop product and promotion strategies for a butchery that is in its maturity stage. LIKE what do they wnat us to do?
any help is appreciated
