I'm aiming for 90+ but more specifically somewhere in the 95 range. What ranks would I need to achieve an ATAR of around 95?

I think you have a pretty good chance of getting an ATAR of 95 maybe amp up ext 1 and bio? otherwise continue at the rate of where you're going (looking at about 94-96ish methinks)
