I just finished grade 12 in Queensland, so if anyone is interested:

OP (Overall Position) goes from 1-25.

An ATAR of 99 - 99.95 is equivalent to an OP 1, and is usually achieved by the top 2% of the state. The distribution of OP scores is bell curved, so the majority of people get around OP 12-13. Around 600-700 people each year getting an OP 1, with private schools mainly dominating, i.e one particular school gets around 50 OP1's each yr.

Pretty much spot on actually, no more than a 3 mark difference for any of those.
Estimated ATAR's higher than 91 though
