the lowest ATAR possible is actually 30.00
if you go on the UAC website, and look at the page where it talks about whats on your ATAR notifcation sheet or whatever, it says you wont receive an ATAR if:
1) you havent done enough of the right courses (it says "not eligible" on the notice)
2) if you got under 30 (it says "30 or less")
