ATM information system participants (1 Viewer)

the only participants in an ATM information system (banking transactions, transfers between accounts) would be the people in the environment? people using the ATM?
could someone clarify me on this?

i think its more like.... customers, people who stock up the machines, people who maintain the machines... etc.
our teacher has always taught us that its anyone who has anything to do with the system...

According to the syllabus: Participants are those people actively involved in the information processes (Collect, organise, analyse, store, etc).

This would include bank staff (technicians, clerks, managers etc and the customer.
