i dont like james that much but some of his performances were really good. he's better than daniel spillane anyway

I KNOW! I still can't grasp the concept of him actually STILL being there! I chucked a shitty when they sent him back to the couch and left Emily (like, wft?!?) and James as the bottom two. I swear I was about to cry... he really really HAS to go! AHHH I feel so strongly about this! GRRR! Poor James. I realise he wasn't the best singer, but he gave Idol such a good vibe. And how good was his last performance? What a legend!
Imagine the controversy if Emily had gone tonight... Geez Australia need to get it right. Emily stays... Daniel goes. That would be RIGHT!

It was not just an apology. It was an amazing, original performance and he deserved that touchdown 100%! Go Lee!!

im an idol lover...a big one...i lined up for hours to hold guys hands and say hi...i got to interview casey donovan on sunrise...im totally addicted...but...this years quality is so low...i can remember the days of crying over big band performances...theres no..."OMG thats so amazing" factor.. both Guy, Casey Anthony and shannon gave me goose bumps from the very beginning....i also think the addition of kyle was a mistake....and for gods sake...the water throwing...what a stunt for ratings...sheessh
my top 5 idols ever are as follows
1-Guy
2-Casey
3-Paulini
4-Rickie Lee {even tho her single sucks}
5-Anthony callea

i know people will disagree but noone can despute our Guy awwww......

i thought that at first ("urgh this year sucks") but i quite like ann, dan (ENGLAND NOT SPILLANE) and emily. they're quite good. I never liked guy much nor shannon. Casey was good and anthony is a-n-no-y-i-n-g

Yes I think the producers pick the orders, not randomly drawn. The first and earlier performers are usually disdvantaged as many people miss their performance and only tune in later in the show, hence not voting for them.

This is just an observation:
Casey sang last in the finale, she won
Guy sang last in the finale, he won
Kelly sang last in the finale, she won
Fatasia sang last in the finale, she won
Carrie sang last in the finale, she won
Norway Idol sang last in World Idol, he won

I'm seeing a trend there, who ever sang last or close to last, usually wins/won't get eliminated.
