Keen to get a conversation started on property prices/values here.

If you don’t know how much your property is worth, you can find the estimated value of your property on propertyvalue.com.au —> enter your address and it should give a rough estimate. If it doesn’t appear then domain.com.au and property.com.au are also good. Sometimes the estimates may be incorrect as if your house is a recent knock down rebuild and the new house hasn’t been sold before then it might incorrectly display the value of the old house instead of the new one.

Probably not in the present time since western sydney can be argued to start from the red rooster/ latte/ social economic difference line.
But yknow, there isn't a very distinct def of western sydney.

the inner west is pretty different from western sydney, in a city where so much of the population is west of the CBD calling all of it western Sydney would be pretty broad lol
