in a bachelor of arts do you get to decide what type of arts... i was looking through the uac book and i couldnt find B business management anywhere... so i was wondering if this comes under B arts?

No, a Bachelor of Business Management does not come under a Bachelor of Arts. Within the BA, you choose a major. For a business focus, even if available as a major (check on the individual uni websites if UAC doesn't have it) you would go for a Business/Commerce degree.
