Hey all,
I have been reading old threads regarding studying Psychology via the Bachelor of Arts, and by the sounds of it there is/was a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) that not only guaranteed you entry into Honours (providing the maintain the required GPA), but you also didn't need to complete a second major (as is the case if you want to major in Psychology in the normal BA).
After searching the USYD website, though, I couldn't find this course anywhere - does anyone know if it has been discontinued or something?? If so, that would be a real shame!
Thanks :)

Recently artsfac has had a policy of reducing the number of 'specialised' degree programs it offers, since a lot of them are basically a standard BA except with a fancier name and have no purpose other than marketing. There's not much difference between taking a BA(Psych) and a vanilla BA with a psych major, so they've dumped it.
