Im having trouble deciding between bachelor of commerce or bachelor of business administration at MACQ uni


Im interested in HRM and marketing(mostly) and a finance

BBA is a general degree which lets you dabble in everything. Not so sure about job prospects to be honest with you. You become a jack of all trades and a master of none, so to speak.

I would suggest doing the Bachelor of Commerce and choosing two areas in which you'd prefer to major.

Azure is right with the BBA you'd be a jack of all trades and master of none.

I did the BBA but I switched to B.Comm (HR major) as I wanted to focus on that and not have to do ACCG200 and AFIN253. You could switch to the B.Comm and double major in HR and Marketing, that seems like something that would suit you. Plus the B.Comm degree is accredited by the Australian Marketing Institute (MQ is so far the only uni in Australia to have this).
