What happens if you receive all band 1 for all of your subjects and what ATAR would all band 1 give you ?

It would give you a mystery mark which is ATAR < 30

Nah you only repeat if you get an N award and failing one exam is fine as long. To get an N award it means you didn't satisfactorily complete y11 so not even just failing but like a non attempt. So unless you skipped an exam you're good.
